SHIPPING
The Moods of Eve offers shipping within the United States** via UPS and the US Postal Service. Our shopping cart will calculate shipping costs prior to finalizing your order.
We ship all merchandise via an insured and traceable means for your protection.
Shipping costs quoted in your cart are a combination of shipping and handling fees.
** Please note that USPS and UPS are not currently guaranteeing delivery dates due to Covid-19.
RETURNS
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase which is why my guarantee is plain and simple: if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
I will exchange the item or refund the purchase price less shipping costs (if purchased online). Please note that custom orders are not refundable.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
When shipping items back, customer will assume all shipping costs and must send item via USPS Priority Mail with a signature confirmation. Since shipping a return is at your own expense, here are a few tips for your protection:
- pack your unworn item carefully; boxes are preferred over soft bubble pack envelopes,
- insure the package,
- send via a traceable carrier,
The Moods of Eve cannot be responsible for lost or damaged goods during return shipment.
